Pre-Production: The Foundation of Success

In the Pre-Production phase, the groundwork is laid for the success of any project. It covers a wide range of tasks from idea conception to detailed planning of shooting or editing.

Our responsibilities in Pre-Production:

  • Idea generation: Brainstorming to identify potential products, conducting market analysis, and seeking specific niches.
  • Concept development: Turning ideas into solid concepts, defining features, functionalities, and benefits.
  • Economic feasibility: Evaluating the studio budget, financial viability of each product, and return on investment.
  • Market analysis: Studying demand, competition, and trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Expanding the customer base: Implementing strategies to attract new potential clients.

Meticulous planning:

  • Visualization: Creating sketches, storyboards, and animatics to visualize the final product.
  • Safety and regulations: Ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations.
  • Contracts and documentation: Drafting legal agreements and collecting necessary documentation.
  • Shooting planning: Defining the schedule, logistics, and resources needed for production.
  • Concepts and technical scripts: Developing detailed scripts for each stage of the process.

In Production, we are responsible for creating all the necessary material, coordinating with Pre-Production to determine tasks that need to be accomplished.

In Production, we have a team leader for each process. First, we have the Producer, who is responsible for creating the product from Pre-Production. They give orders to the teams and manage everything.

Now, each team has a Director, who ensures that everything is created correctly in their area, manages the workers, and collaborates with the director to create all the resources.

Production: Bringing the Vision to Life

In the Production phase, all the work done in Pre-Production is materialized. It is the stage where ideas and concepts are transformed into a tangible product.

Our responsibilities in Production:

  • Team management: Coordinating a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including technicians, artists, actors, and other specialists.
  • Execution of the shooting plan: Following the schedule and logistics established in Pre-Production, controlling the budget and resources.
  • Process supervision: Ensuring the quality of the final product, verifying that technical and artistic specifications are met.
  • Problem-solving: Facing unforeseen challenges during production with creativity and flexibility.

Key tasks:

  • Shooting: Capturing images and sound, whether in the studio or on location.
  • Editing: Assembly and post-production of recorded material, including special effects, music, and sound.
  • Quality control: Review and validation of the final product to ensure it meets quality standards.

Production is characterized by:

Production team:

  • Director: Team leader, responsible for the creative direction and decision-making, also manages time and other aspects.
  • Producer: In charge of planning, organizing, and managing the project, including budget, logistics, and schedule.
  • Assistant director: Supports the director in all creative and logistical tasks.

Post-production is the crucial phase of the content creation process, where the recorded or created material is finalized, edited, and enhanced. This step is essential to ensure the coherence, quality, and final appeal of the project. Below are some common tasks carried out during post-production:

  • Last-Minute Quality Assurance (QA) Review
  • Marketing
  • Expansion to Major Languages and Translation
    • Dubbing Actors and Translated Scenes
  • Color Correction and Visual Effects (FX)
  • Mastering and Final Format
  • Packaging and Distribution
  • Release or Exhibition

Post-Production: Polishing the Diamond

The Post-Production phase is where the raw product is transformed into a final work of art. It is the stage where finishing touches are added, errors are corrected, and the overall quality of the project is improved.

Our responsibilities in Post-Production:

  • Editing: Assembling recorded material, including scene selection, narrative pace, and final product structure.
  • Special effects: Creating visual and digital effects to enhance the aesthetics and impact of the product.
  • Music and sound: Designing and editing the soundtrack, sound effects, and dubbing (if applicable).
  • Color correction: Adjusting color and lighting for a consistent and attractive aesthetic.
  • Quality control: Review and validation of the final product to ensure it meets quality standards.

  • Offline editing: Organizing and selecting recorded material.
  • Online editing: Final assembly of the product, including special effects, music, and sound.
  • Sound mixing: Balancing and adjusting audio levels.
  • Mastering: Generating the final format of the product for distribution.

Post-Production is characterized by:

  • Precision and attention to detail: Meticulous work to polish every aspect of the product.

Post-Production team:

  • Editor: Responsible for the final assembly of the product, including narrative pace, structure, and scene selection.
  • Special Effects Specialist: Creates visual and digital effects to enhance the aesthetics and impact of the product.
  • Sound Designer: Creates and edits the soundtrack, sound effects, and dubbing (if applicable).
  • Colorist: Adjusts color and lighting for a consistent and attractive aesthetic.
  • Marketing Team: Focuses on communication, advertising, and promotion of the project, also responsible for uploading the final product to all studio media.

Other roles:

  • Sound Technicians: Mix and master audio.
  • Dubbing Actors: Lend their voices to characters (if applicable).
  • Post-Production Supervisors: Coordinate the work of different departments.
